Ordering embroidered scrubs has never been easier. Our streamlined process keeps your custom design perfectly crafted and ready to wear. When you send us your logo, we’ll make sure that your artwork is prepared in a way that will provide you with the best possible embroidery outcome.
Step 1: Upload Your Logo
You can easily upload your logo to your account (.jpg, .png, .gif or .pdf are the most popular formats). You can also email or fax us a copy of your business card or letterhead.
Step 2: Logo Review & Thread Selection
One of our logo specialists will contact you to discuss any alterations necessary to your artwork and the thread colors you would like to use.
Step 3: Logo Digitization & Approval
We will have your artwork digitized for embroidery. Embroidered samples will be made of your final logo and emailed to you for final approval.
We have NO minimums! Whether you need one scrub top embroidered or your entire team—we’ve got you covered.
Embroidery Pricing
- One-Time Custom Logo Setup Fee: $95.00
(This covers the digitization of your logo in preparation for embroidery) - Custom Embroidery Usage Fee: $7.00 per item (up to 6 thread colors)
- Extra Colors: $1 per additional color beyond the 6 included
- Completed Logo Revisions: $25 per revision
Sizing & Text Guidelines
- Maximum Embroidery Area: 4” x 4”
- Text Size Requirements:
-- Standard Fabric (Scrubs, Lab Coats, etc.): Minimum letter height of ¼ inch to maintain clarity and readability.
-- Thicker Fabrics (Knits, Sweatshirts, Fleece): Minimum letter height of ⅜ inch to keep the text crisp.
-- Letters that are too small or too close together may not embroider well. Our team can help adjust fonts to achieve the best results.
