Lots of pockets but tight fitting

These pants fit tight and a bit small for the size ordered (large) for this brand. I'm typically a medium but went up a size based on chart and measurements. Still tight around thighs/hips. Lots of pockets for this item and for WonderWink 5040T - same sizing issue as well.
